problem in true dual port BRAM Read operation

Hello,

I have some doubts in READ operation of TDP BRAM.

I am writng data into mem location and then trying to read same data from same port, but data is not coming as expected.

I have attached tb_code and waveform.

How are you implementing true dual port RAM?  Is it

1. Inference base

2. IP based

3. Direct Primitive instatiation

4. XPM

Please share the instatiation to evaluate your test bench
