OSERROR: libboost_thread.so: cannot open shared object library

Hi,

When I run : ". run/sh 1525 e2e" on my local fpga, it has the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/kc.hsu/anaconda2/envs/ml-suite/lib/python2.7/multiprocessing/process.py", line 267, in _bootstrap
    self.run()

    self._handle = _dlopen(self._name, mode)
OSError: libboost_thread.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Before traceback, it shows:

INFO: Reading labels...
INFO: Running network input 608x608 and output 19x19
INFO: Entering XYOLO WITH
Finished batch 1
Process Process-1:
Traceback (most recent call last):

And when I trace the string of self._name , it shows:

'../../xfdnn/rt/xdnn_cpp/lib/libxfdnn.so')

It seems like I don't know where to check if I have libboost_thread.so and how to find it back.

For more info. about my setting:

I follow git branch v1.0-ea since I have a vcu1525 borad. Before getting here I change the version of the following things to:

caffe: 1.4.0

numpy: 1.14.5

upgrade scikit-image
