Select OPB Bus as an option in EDK 9.2 BSB

Hi,

Is there any way we can select OPB Bus for a new design in EDK 9.2. By default everything comes up with an PLB v46 interface. I dont see the OPB bus even in the list of listed Peripherals to attach. Is there anything that I am missing in the installation.

You can try to upgrade 9.1 design to 9.2 that will keep the old PLB/OPB bus. Personally I would wait until 10.x comes out 9.2 EDK is a waste of time.

If you want to use BSB to generate an OPB-based system, you should start with EDK 9.1i as Bill indicated.

if you simply want to be able to access the legacy OPB and PLB v3.4 cores (they are still there in EDK 9.2i), you should do the following:
XPS, Edit -> Preferences, IP Catalog and IP Config Dialog, enable the Display "Available" IP cores (including legacy PLB/OPB cores) in IP Catalog.

Cheers,
