On board bring-up I have an issue where INIT_B stays low and DAP cannot be accessed.
I have read AR56195
The attached picture shows power-on with:
SRST_B is not shown but is identical to yellow.
The time from yellow to green is approx 235ms.
All power supplies are at the correct levels before POR_B is de-asserted.
The FPGA is set to QSPI boot but no image in QSPI.
Power supplies are:
Bank 0, 12, 13 are +2V5
Bank 33 is +1V8
Bank 34,35 is +1V5
Bank 500,5001 is +2V5
Bank 502 is +1V5
VCCINT, VCCPINT is +1V0
VCCBRAM is +1V0
VCCAUX, VCCPAU is +1V8
VCCAUX_IO is +2V0
VCCPLL is +1V8
MGTAVCC is +1V0
MGTAVTT is +1V2
MGTVCCAUX is +1V8
Using impact (Platform Cable USB DLC9) i can see that the IDCODE is correct.
However i see that all values are essentially 0 for temperature, voltage etc same for status registers.
On the ZC706 i get sensible values.
Boundary-scan chain validated successfully.

Any pointers on what could be the problem or places to look would be appreciated.
I changed boot mode from QSPI to JTAG and INIT_B functions correctly and the FPGA can be programed however there
is still no DAP shown in iMPACT. The temperature, voltage reading were also non-zero and sensible as is the internal status. Although this does not solve the issue of not seeing DAP, hopefully it might give a clue.
