Black key encryption on devices without dedicated ordering code

We have a question on black key encryption (using the PUF) without dedicated ordering code.
 
We own a stock of zynq ultrascale+ devices (XCZU2CG) which were ordered without any special ordering code. Now we would like to use black key encryption on these devices.
 
The document xapp1323 (v1.0, page 13) states about devices that use the PUF
"These devices require special ordering codes (SCD). "
to ensure sufficient entropy.
 
We understand that the entropy from device to device might be smaller when buying devices without dedicated ordering code, but we would like to know:
1) is the reliability of the decryption over aging maintained for our devices?
2) Is there any problem when using black key encryption on devices without dedicated ordering code?

Sorry but I have to state the obvious here: "The PUF is not supported for the standard ordering codes".

We can't guarantee the proper functionality of the PUF for those devices.
