Does the BootRom Code support Black Key in BootHeader WITHOUT the RSA_EN eFuses set?

Try and make this as easy to digest as possible, the following is what I want to be able to do ? Is this supported on the hardware

1) Encryption_Status = 0xA35C_7C53 (Black Key in Boot Header)

2) Bhdr RSA = 0x3 (image attribute)

Basically I would like to store the black key in the boot header, and RSA sign the image without tying it back to eFuses (RSA_EN in eFuse is NOT set)

Is this possible/supported? 

 

Most of the documentation mentions to set RSA_EN in eFuse for this Black Key Mode, but none explicitly state that RSA_EN has to be set in order to be in the Black Key in Boot Header mode.

Using the BhdrRSA (instead of programming RSA_EN eFUSE) should work to test the black key.
