I am using System Generator to do Hardware co-cimulation for a sample example : Addition and Multiplication,
When I Click the Start Simulation button I get an error in the Log file :

I can not find the cause of error because I think I have the right version as mention in this link :

I figured out the problem : in the path of the model, I have a space, so I delete this space and the Co-Simulation works fine

Are you able to configure the device using this exact hardware setup using impact? Does autodetect work?
Also, are you launching sysgen properly from the start menu/shortcut?

Thank you for your quick response,
I can configure the device using this exact hardware setup using impact as shown below,
but when i launch sysgen properly from the start menu/shortcut, I get this message on matlab : Unable to make work directory
and even so, I can find the xilinx blockset in the simulink library

Maybe I didn't choose the right USB port , How can I know which port I have to select ?

there is an option for automatically detecting the cable then i think u need to mention all these
