Implementing Image Processing Algorithms using Xilinx System Generator

I have designed models for image processing algorithms using matlab and system generator and also obtained the output in simulink. But i need to synthesize the model where i'm stuck. So i need to synthesize the model using xilinx ise. please help me out

matlab version: matlab 2009a

xilinx ise version: xilinx ise 12.4

SysGen part of the design can be synthesized. But, it's not possible to synthesize the MATLAB block by SysGen tool.

Can you share the screenshot of the issue/error.
