shortening and puncturing for reed solomon

hi, I'm working in a design using the reed solomon decoder in system generator. My question is how I can use punturing with this block??? In the encoder i use shortening and puncturing for ieee 806.16 2004  standard using signals n_in and r_in and signal n_in en the decoder.

I think this block does not have puncture function, but you can use erasure decoding. SysGen provides another puncture block.
