Boot memory + XPS + BSB

Hello,

 

   I need some information about what Boot memory device I must choose!?... I have three options:

 

      (a) Flash;

      (b) ilmb_cntlr

      (c) DDR_SDRAM

It is LMB_Cntlr.

The memory that is chosen as the bootmemory should contain the boot vector (0x00000000 in the case of Microblaze). The idea is that when the processor comes out of reset, this is the first instruction executed. If you select Flash/DDR, this memory might not be initialized at the time whereas the LMB memory being in the BRAM will be initialized when the bitstream is downloaded. Hence LMB memory is an easier choice.
