Pass arguments into XSCT Xilinx 2018.3 SDK

Jump to solution

Hello everybody,

I am trying to run

make -k all

but using XSCT in command line. If I use the XSCT shell, I am able to run the command above and compile my code.

My problem is, I cannot figure a way from command line to do it. I have tried 2 different things from CMD:

1. xsct make -k all
2. xsct -eval make

Nether of these 2 worked. Does somebody know of a way to pass arguments into the XSCT terminal without doing it manually? I would like to automate this whole process.

Thank you!

I ended up simply making a .tcl script that called the 2 commands

exec make -k all
exec exit

Simply run the xsct command with the .tcl script as an argument and it worked properly.
