Reading physical memory from debugger over jtag

Hi, I am trying to debug problems with an operatingsystem MMU and cache memory settings.
I use the USB-cable probe and want to be sure what kind of data I am reading.
I want to read both memory through the datacache and also the physical memory directly.
I use the mrd command on the XSCT prompt with -address-space PA <address> <len>.
In the help and documentation I can not find -address-space PA but other variants like AP0 but that does not work for me.
Can someone tell me what kind of address-space I should use for raw memory access, or is address-space PA a raw read?
I hope that "mrd <address> <len>" gives me a cpu read through cache.

Re: Reading physical memory from debugger over jtag

Hi @patsv99

I think that if you are reading memory from a processor using "mrd address length" you will do through cache, however if you change the context (target to PSU) it should read just physical memory.
