I've found that Xilinx SDK didn't support programming Cortex-M processors in 2018:
But it sais that it will be available in 2019.
Is it available right now? I've to programm an Cortex-M processor and I'm wondering if I can use Xilinx SDK or I have to use keil MDK.
Thanks in advance.

I'm going to bump this post as I'm also interested in some feedback from Xilinx: Is there any plan to support ARM DesignStart in Vitis, or do we still need to go down the Keil route?

There is a demo here that you can use. This uses Kiel:
However, . I have used the Cortex M1 and M3 in Vivado, and Vitis.
For Vivado, you can use the debug bridge IP:
Enable the JTAG interface on the MI:
However, there is no support to create the MMI for the ITCM memory. So, users need to do this manually.
Also, there is no BSP support currently. There is one in the link above though as well as a script to generate the MMI file.
