i am trying to study and implement this example.
I tried hard to get the block design but failed.
it seems like an official example, but i have no idea what the block design will be like. Because the example has this code " #ifdef XPAR_INTC_0_DEVICE_ID ", i did some research and guess axi interrupt controller will be used. May i ask where i can get the block design of this example? Or where has the tutorials of using uartlite on zynq7000?(i would be really appreciate it if someone can teach me what the block design is

It looks like an example of how to use the standard driver for the AXI uart lite, as used in Xilinx FPGA designs using the AXI bus and typically a microblade or a ARM processor
There does seem to be a fairly full document folder for the uart lite,

I'd be surprised if there is a blco diagram of a AXI driver, but you never knwo

In fact, i am trying to use the zynq7000 board to control a NB-IoT board by sending some AT instructions by using axi uart lite IP core. I am a green hand. I tried to send AT instructions by "printf" function but got no response from NB-IoT board. So i guess i have to use "XUartLite_Send" function. Could you tell me whether my inference is correct? And I am now trapped in using axi uart lite and interrupt.

What you need is a good book on the zynq,
PDF at a very reasonable price on that site,
This board is made and supported by the manufacturer Digilent on a great web site and forums
Look at the getting started guides,
strongly suggest that you follow through on a few of the tutorials, most of which show you how to talk to a serial port, either on the Zynq side or the PL side.
