Ethernet DMA Bus Error

Historically, I have been able to boot Petalinux on my Ultrascale+ device from a Petalinux 2018.3 configuration. Since upgrading to either 2019.1 or 2019.2, there is a flurry of DMA bus errors and I need help figuring out how to resolve. My boot log is below,

Hi @jim.henderson 

Can you try writing 0xFF to 0xff180408 once you boot till u-boot or after FSBL and see if that helps in booting the linux without any issues?

So I found that instead of writing those values out during the boot process, I did something equivalent for our gigabit ethernet which was to modify the firmware to set CCI to be enabled as shown here, https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Embedded-Linux/Enable-cache-memory-for-xilinx-axi-dma/td-p/993722. Apparently if you do this and use Petalinux 2018.3 then you have problems with your gigabit ethernet, but in 2019.2 it is required for the ethernet to work.
