How to create custom zcu102 image

I have a zcu102 evk board and I want to start with vivado. 
According to xilinx manual, zynqmp adds UART port and SD card to IP block, creates image using petalinux tool, and creates BOOT.BIN and image. 
After inserting the ub file, I set the boot mode of the board to the SD boot mode and turn it on, but the Uboot message does not appear. Can you see what's wrong?

If you look at the xilinx tutorial, connect clk. I do not know. Where can I find more information on how to boot by adding at least the ip block on the custom board?
