How to enable PS UART0?

Hello,

I am using Ultra96 board and trying to use both PS UARTs, but i can only see UART1 from a serial terminal, I  can't see any characters on the serial terminal connected to UART0 (ttyPS1).

When doing "echo test > /dev/ttyPS1", i can see with "cat /proc/tty/driver/xuartps" that the interrupts of UART0 are being triggered and everything supposedly is working fine, but can't see any character on serial terminal. Then, i issued "devmem (uart0_address)", that outputs the control registers, and it tells that both UART0's TX and RX are disabled (0x000000128).

My question is: How do i enable UART0's TX and RX, or, how do i set these bits? I don't understand why UART1's TX and RX are enabled by default and UART0's pins aren't.
