Invalid block Devices descriptor(NULL)

Hi,

We have a custom board based on Zynq Ultrascale+. When we boot the machine it hangs in different places like in the attachment. For some time, it throws out " invalid block device descriptor(NULL)".   We think that we have a problem with u-boot. As can be seen the u-boot describes itself as Xilinx ZynqMP ZCU102 rev1.0. however, the chips are different and we use xczu7cg based FPGA. What can be possible reason for this?

Thank you

After some search and a lot of trial, we found that firstly the promlem was RAMs. the wrong RAM configuration result in this error. Additionally, I enabled TTC and PMU in the vivado design. After this , plnx succesfully boots.

Thanks for the update. This could potentially help others.

Can you explain what was the issue with your RAM? Was your devicetree memory node incorrect?

Or was it the defconfig?

Also, for debugging uboot. There is a blog here:
