Peta-linux, Yocto, and gnulib 2.28

Well, my machine which is running Ubuntu 18.10 (I know, unsupported) was building Peta Linux very well for my ZCU104 until gnulib was upgraded to version 2.28. Now at least a half a dozen packages will not build without major intervention and I'm tired of hacking busybox files or applying manual patches. I was wondering if there were going to be any updates which will address this issue, as I assume 19.04 will be using gnulib 2.28.

Thanks,

M. G.
