Xsct Problem : Cortex-A53 #0 (No Power)

Hi,

I'm working with zcu102 and I'm accessing from remote. I want to reset zcu102 using xsct before I boot the petalinux project from jtag. However, I sometimes face this issue "Cortex-A53 #0 (No Power)"

1* PS TAP
2 PMU
4 PL
5 PSU
6 RPU (Reset)
7 Cortex-R5 #0 (RPU Reset)
8 Cortex-R5 #1 (RPU Reset)
9 APU (L2 Cache Reset)
10 Cortex-A53 #0 (No Power)
11 Cortex-A53 #1 (No Power)
12 Cortex-A53 #2 (APU Reset)
13 Cortex-A53 #3 (APU Reset)

I don't reset this state on zcu102. How to solve this problem without using hard reset?

Or how to switch other A53 Core for booting the system?

Thanks

Additionally, I change the kernel configuration like https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/69143.html but not any change

I tried to boot the system using Cortex-A53 #2 but I was facing some issues.

Still not fixed in 2020.1 despite what this says:

https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/72456.html

putting the rpu elf in the boot.bin did allow me to attach via vitis

Sorry, I just looked at this again and saw it was no power on the A53.  The problem I had and still exist is on the R5s.
