ZCU111 Serial output is incomplete

I am working on getting Petalinux to boot. There is an error somewhere but the serial output looks incomplete. This is an example:

Are you connected to the Xilinx debug tools; XSCT, Vitis, HW_SERVER ect? If so, then the issue might be the CPU IDLING:

This problem was resolved when I disconnected and reconnected the USB cable. It was a very strange issue.
