how to setup pynq on petalinux 2018.3

I hope to build a  pynq image on my custom zynq 7010 board.

I have installed petalinux 2018.3 on ubuntu 16 and worked well. Some  image has been setup for my  zynq 7010.

Now I need the image include pynq support.

https://pynq.readthedocs.io/en/v2.5/pynq_sd_card.html#pynq-sd-card is a tutorial for this. It let me use vagrant to install vm ,then ubuntu16, petalinux 2018.3.  vmware is used in my pc. I don't reinstall again, What should I do?

Is there any such tutorial to setup on  vmvare, ubuntu16, petalinux 2018.3?

If you already have a Ubuntu OS, you can do the following:

  1. Install dependencies using the following script. This is necessary if you are not using our vagrant file to prepare the environment.

<PYNQ repository>/sdbuild/scripts/setup_host.sh

where is the pynq rrepository , how to make on ubuntu
