Just ask you.
Do you execute petalinux on virtual machine ?
If yes, how many cpu and memory do you set on guest ?
Also how many cpu and memory does your host machine have ?
What kind of storage do you use on host ?
I guess it seems virtual machine or cpu/memory resource issue from your current message...

yes，I execute petalinux on VM,also the VM is run on windows server;
8*CPU and 8GB memory in guest;16*CPUs and 64GB memory in host；
I do not know if my answer is clear?

Would you change memory size from 8GB to ex. 16GB in guest ?
Also I suggest you to set swap file or swap partition which size is ex. 8GB, if you didn't use swap.
And I suggest you to make sure hyper-vizer setting, too.

I do follow your suggestion. And the hyper-vizer means hyper-v?since we run vm on win10 which includes hyper-v and be removed for it can not compatible with vm.
the error is still, what should I do?any other ways to config kernel？
