[yocto] Disable auto-loading kernel modules

Hi all,

After some days tying to disable auto-loading kernel modules i give up ...

Someone here has successfully do that ?

I tried:

    install -d ${D}${sysconfdir}/modprobe.d/
    install -m 644 ${WORKDIR}/blacklist.conf ${D}${sysconfdir}/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

Compil ok but no modprobe.d folder.

I tried also:

KERNEL_MODULE_PROBECONF += "i2c_mux_pca954x gpio_pca953x"

module_conf_i2c_mux_pca954x += "blacklist i2c_mux_pca954x"
module_conf_gpio_pca953x += "blacklist gpio_pca953x"

Modules are loaded at boot time :(

So the biggest question is -> why i don't have modprobe.d folder inside my rootfs ?

Cheers,

Trigger
