Serial Terminal crash -SDK

Hi
I run hello world tutorial on xsdk 2015.2

"Failed to write core dump. Core dumps have been disabled. try "ulimit -c unlimited" before starting Java again"

Please help

ulimit -c unlimited ==> command not found

It is somehow similar to https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Embedded-Development-Tools/2014-2-XSDK-Serial-Terminal-Crashing-SDK/m-p/525291/highlight/false#M33221

Thank you

Re: Serial Terminal crash -SDK

This can occur if the file handle limit is set too low to launch the blocksets in sdk.

To increase this, you can use the UNIX command ulimit, for example, "ulimit -n 1024" or "ulimit -n unlimited".
Thanks and Regards

Re: Serial Terminal crash -SDK

Hi,

To solve this issue, put this line:

org.eclipse.swt.browser.DefaultType=mozilla

at the end of this file

eclipse/configuration/config.ini

and it'll work fine !!

Regards

Praveen
