SelectIO serial interface

Hi,

Which is the highest level and, simplest way to implement serial interface which uses selectIO resources, and uses scrambling, or DC balanced coding?

I need to implement a serial connection between two FPGAs with the following specification:

  • The interface must use selectIO  (not transciever. The bandwidth and throughput is not critical.)
  • The two boards are DC isolated (the interface connected with capacitors), so I need scrambling or 8/10B coding.
  • The host interface should be AXI (stream or light)

I need a selectIO alternative of aurora, or a scrambled alternative of UART.

I can implement an interface using separate blocks (selectIO wizard, PCS, AXI interface), but is there any built-in (or third party) IP which fits requirements above.
