We all realize that there is a language barrier here, but my parser (both with and without --use-new-parser) blew up on your statement.

I think he means Kintex.
Kintex belong to the 7 series of Xilinx FPGAs. Its fabrix is the same as the Virtex7 but Kintex parts have fewer/slower serdes blocks. They are faster than any spartan parts, 6 or otherwise.
