Low cost equipment for CLG400 sodering/desoldering for DIY project

Hello!

I want to use xc7z020-1clg400 chip for DIY project.

An I am interesting to hear some advices about soldering that and similar BGA packages

in homemade projects.Who uses what equipment?

I am looking for buy following tools set:

1. solder paste dispencer stencil printer - for solder paste dispencing

2. microwave oven - for soldering pcb's with several BGA and QFN packaged IC's.

Typically: SoC Zynq-7000 in BGA package + DDR3 in BGA package + a lot of voltage

regulators in QFN (1.0V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.3V) and etc.

3. IR reflow soldering station - to reflow broken IC's.

Does this equipment enough to perform all required operations for prototyping Zynq-7000

based electronics?

What do you think about this:

1. pm3040 for $500

2. T962 for $340

3. IR6500 for $600 ?
