Programming Flash Voltage ?

Jump to solution

Hello,

I am working on a design with a Spartan 6.

In order to program it, I will use a Xilinx XCF04S Flash.

If I anderstand correctly, the VCCO voltage of the Flash must be the same as the VCCO of the XC6 Bank containing the  Programming signals (INITb, DONE, BUSY, etc..)

On the XC6 they are in BANK2.

As, in my design, the Bank2 VCCO is 2.5V in order to use LVDS25 IO's, the  FLASH VCCO must also be 2.5V.

I am right?

I assume the VCCj Flash voltage allows to define the TDI, TMS, TCK, TDO voltage....

But, I did not manage to find what was the voltage of these signals on the Spartan 6...

Therefore, what is the suppply voltage for VCCj?

Thank you for your help,

Alex
