We have 2 different datecode of this item on hand. One lot having some sort of trace mark on it(as above pic), while the other lot doesn't having trace mark(as below pic).   Any one know why they a visual discrepancies of bottom? Any official documents could explain that ?

Interesting,

certain its not just 'the light ' highlighting the trace on one more than the other.

Both batches from approved supplies ? check with them.

Re: the same part number but having visual discrepancies of bottom

Both are from Authorized Distributor. They could not offer official document so far, just told us they guarantee it fit, form and function. However, we would like to know what's the "name" of the "trace mark", and what's the difference with/without it on landing pad ? Also, does it have any impact if we put parts with these "trace mark" on production ?
