Viado HLS 2018.3 directive editor does not open.

I have to add a directive when I make example 4c in the Zynq book application book, but the directive editor doesn't open when I want to. Despite all my attempts, I could not solve the problem. The related picture is given below.

Are you using multiple monitors ? If so can you please check if the insert directive pop up has been opened in the other monitor ?

Also, what if you try to open the example HLS design and try to change the directive there ? Do you see the directive dialog box ?

I'm using single monitor. I tried to change the project by opening it and I did not get results. I can't just add directives to functions, I can add to variables. You can also watch it in the video below.
