I just finished develop my custom IP using HLS. In my usual workflow, after this I usually go to Vivado and create block diagram using my custom IP that I made before. After I got the bitstream, usually I write my host software code using PYNQ (I follow this tutorial for my current workflow: https://github.com/drichmond/PYNQ-HLS). But recently I also interested to explore the vitis development framework. My OS for development is Windows, and from xilinx vitis github (https://github.com/Xilinx/Vitis-Tutorials/blob/master/Getting_Started/Vitis/Part2.md) , it is said that:
NOTE: Windows OS support is limited to the Vitis embedded software development flow. The Vitis acceleration flow is only supported on Linux.
What does it mean? Can I still develop my software for host machine using Vitis?
