Vivado die suddenly with stack overflow

I am using Vivado 2016.2 together with HAPS from Synopsys.

 

I have successfully finish routing several times.  Now after I change the clock to a higher frequency and vivado such die in the middle of detailed placement 3.4.  It has a err file which I enclosed.  Pleas ehelp.

OK, problem solved.  It is the main memory not enough.

 

When you tight constraint the design, the run time size is bigger.

Hi @howncheng

 

You can try using different implementation strategies to avoid the crash. Also try running your design in vivado 2016.3
