reasonable OS memory usage

Jump to solution

Hi Sirs,

I'm wondering to know, Does this OS memory usage is reasonable?

My problem is this vivado job always need a very long runtime.

The runs(job) usually kill by LSF(maybe openlava)

I checked the "Memory Recommendations" @ https://www.xilinx.com/products/design-tools/vivado/memory.html

There are huge difference between my system loading report

@jamieliao

High runtime can be due to various reasons. Did you check the log file and check elapsed time and memory values for each phase?

Check this AR on debugging runtime issues: https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/71571.html
