I downloaded an eval license of Reed Solomen encoder and decoder, and I could use this license without problems.
After that I have bought a permanent license of Reed Solomon encoder and decoder and I erase eval license and add permanent license in C:\.Xilinx but Xilinx License Configuration Manager don't detect permanent license (if I change and add eval license , License Manager detect eval_license and I can work with eval license but I can't work with permanent license).

Also if I put '#' before USER_SERVER, then Xilinx License Configuration Manager detect permanent license but when I want to create a core in my project, then system say me that they don't found any license for rs_encoder component
I don't know why if I have paid for the permanent license I can't use it.
