Dear Sir

We need Vivado Licence to flash FPGA code to the E310.

Please let us know do we need Vivado Suite System Edition or Design edition?

Many thanks

If you are only loading a pre-compiled bitstream onto it (not doing your own design) then you just need Vivado Lab Edition (free, unrestricted).

If you're doing your own design, then you'll probably want Vivado WebPACK (also free), which is largely equivalent to Vivado Design Edition but without support for the larger FPGAs. Since the E310 only uses a Zynq 7020, the lack of support for larger chips does not matter.
