Using MIG to implement QDRII (non+)

The XAPP886 describes how to change a QDRII+ MIG core to a QDRII (non-plus). In theory this is a simple change of burst width and a state machine (which it doesn't specify the location of any further). The XAPP (http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/application_notes/xapp886_Interfacing_QDR_II_SRAM_Devices_with_V6_FPGAs.pdf)

Describes files attached with it however I cannot seem to find a link to these files. Do any of you know where I might find these files? Also is this document even relevant to version 3.92 of the MIG as it was written for version 3.4 (ISE 12)?
