I am trying to debug lane-up/channel-up failures on GTHs for Aurora 64/66. I'd like to use IBERT to validate the signal integrity but I am unsure which of the TX/RX patterns is most suitable for Aurora 64/66. The options in Vivado lab are the following: PRBS7, PRBS9, PRBS16, PRBS23, PRBS31, fastClock, slowClock. Which of these is meaningful for Aurora 64/66. Prelim results show no bit errors with any of the PRBS pattern, but issues with fastClock and slowClock.

The eye scans when run with IBERT all look about the same. Are you suggesting doing an eye scan on the Aurora using the GTH interface? I can look into that.
I'll look into fast/slow with LPM.
There definitely seems to be some vulterability in the Aurora that does not express itself in the Vivado Lap IBERT testing.
