I have a VC707 board. I need to use this board to generate some control signals to control another custom board. The control signals come out from FPGA through the FMC2. The custom board needs a 3.3v logic ‘1’ level. I would just like to know whether I can program those pins on FMC2 so that the logic ‘1’ level on those pins is 3.3v?
Could anyone give some suggestions?

FMC pins in VC707 is connected to HP banks.
For more details you can check the board user guide.
FMC interface is powered by Vadj which by default is 1.8v.
So the Vadj cannot be changed to 3.3V, so you will not be able to drive logic 1 at 3.3v.
