I Need PCB and schematic library files for Artix-7 XC7A15T-CPG236 for Altium. Need to design a board using this FPGA on Altium.

Hello @mssohail 

Xilinx do not provide Schematic symbol or Footprint library. You need to create your own symbol and footprint library for Xilinx devices.

Some PCB tools provides this libraries or provides helper tool to create them.
