Virtex7-2000T LPDDR3

Hi, we plan to use LPDDR3 MIG or third party DDR3 controller compatible with LPDDR3 on our Virtex7-2000T hardware platform, however only LPDDR2 is supported in current vivado/ISE software, and it seems only Ultrascale device and specific vivado version can provide such feature, so i would like confirm with you: if Virtex7-2000T supports LPDDR3 feature? And when/which version vivado supports such feature?

We don't have any plans to include LPDDR3 support for 7 series devices.

LPDDR3 MIG Roadmap is only available for ultrascale devices.
