How to make PCIe XDMA drive axi_aresetn from software through device driver

Hi,

I wonder if there is any IOCTL or API to drive 'axi_aresetn' signal of PCIe XDMA IP, which is a reset pin driven by XDMA IP for all AXI interconnect?

I'm using xdma 4.1 along with driver 2019.2.51 on RF-SoC and Virtex UltraScale+ on Ubuntu.

It does work well and I'm looking for explicit way to drive peripheral reset.

Thanks in advance.

axi_aresetn is the output from the XDMA IP, one way to trigger it  is to  use  dma_bridge_resetn

you can add some logic  (a register for example )inside to connect to dma_bridge_resetn

when you write  to that register by using driver
