Microblaze memory read error

Hi, 

When i running kernel on microblaze, i sometimes got below error(Memory read error). 

Microblaze is running by 125MHz, and DDR4 is operated by 800MHz.

If happened Memory read error, i have to re synthesis and pnr. 

I didn't touch microblaze system and i only modified our ip, but memory read error sometimes happened!!

Plz let me know the root cause.
