Query for Maximum Junction temperature of XCVU7P-3FLVA2104E

 
Currently, we are working on a project based on Xilinx Ultrascale plus FPGA (Part Number: XCVU7P-3FLVA2104E),
Based on the pieces of thermal  information available  in the Document Named: DS923, Page No.3, and Page No.5, Our thermal team had raised some concerns regarding the Maximum junction temperature value for the Aid of custom Heat sink design,
In supporting the Query above, could you please help us to clarify whether we can follow the Absolute or Recommend Maximum junction temperature for this FPGA?

Follow the recommended operating maximum junction temperature.  The absolute max will likely degrade the device lifetime if the device is powered up.

Above the max Tj for your speedgrade device,

The device will definitely not meet timing, your design will likely fail to work properly.  It will shorten its expected operating life (for example, at 125 C life may only be 3 years).  It might even lead to thermal runaway and damage.

Below the recommended (Tj for your speed grade, C= 85 C, I = 100 C, M,A =125 C) it will work, meet timing (if you correctly constrained it).
