xapp1026 in XPS 13.2

Jump to solution

Has anyone translated the ML605-AXI project into 13.2?  I have only a couple of days to get a demo together and I've spent 1 day swapping axi_ethernet and axi_dma only for it to fail to compile (I now need to sort out the constraints).  Many thanks

Dave

Why not just use base system builder. Make sure you remove the ethernet lite and add the ETHERNET. Also, by default the new ETHERNET should have the 'dma' checkbox enabled.

From 13.1 to 13.2?  Are you using ISE or XPS?  I didn't think there was an update for XPS and if you are using 12 or before there is a new XAPP1026 for 13.1.

I tried to modify the existing xps project but you are right, if I let BSB do it from scratch, the busses and signals will be organised without my typing errors etc.  cheers!

The IP for 13.2 has changed axi_ethernet and axi_dma, so even if XPS hasn't changed, the library has. See johnmcd's note
