We are attempting to implement XAPP1198 on an UltraScale device (XCVU095-FFVB2104E FPGA) Basically we are directly accessing the DRP of a GTY on the device. We are taking into account the differing DRP mapping of the '095 GTY vs the targetted GT of XAPP1198.
In setting up the EyeScan process which we are controlling using a MicroBlaze we are able to read and write the DRP but when the EyeScan is told to start no samples are collected. At all. So we are missing comething essential. We are new to GTY and EyeScan and are uncertain how to proceed from here. The DRP looks like it is set up correctly. What else should we check?
Thanks

hi neil@formidableengineeringconsultants.com
please note that Ultrascale GTY has 10 bit of DRPADDR.
xapp1198 is targeting 7 series and Ultrascale GTH. Those GTs only have 9 bits of DRPADDR.
So when you migrating from xapp1198 targeted devices to GTYs, don't forget to connect DRPADDR[9].
Please follow the steps below when you run eye scan.
