RESTART...and RELAUNCH SIMULATION differences?

Within the Xilinx simulator, and from the RUN pulldown Menu,

what is the different between RESTART... and RELAUNCH SIMULATION?

If I remember ,
Relaunch, re compiles the code , so if you change the code, and want to re simulate without closing the simulator and re running this is the option,
Restart , puts the simulation time back to time zero using the current code , so if you just want to add a few more traces, and go back this is the option to use.
