hey all 

I'm running an HDMI program I found it in a website 

when i do Gernrate programm file 

Ii give me this 

ERROR:PhysDesignRules:368 - The signal <LED<0>_OBUF> is incomplete. The signal
is not driven by any source pin in the design.

what would be the problem

From where did you get the HDMI program? Did they specify to use it with specific ISE version? If Yes, then please use the same ISE version.

 

The ports <LED<x> are not driving anything in the design, hence these errors. You can try removing the LOC constraints on LED<x> from UCF file or assign a value to the output.

removed the LOC constraints on LED<x> from UCF file 

and  work
