关于xczu11eFPGA 眼图无法打开的问题 (JTAG下载后提示ERROR[Labtools 27-3176])

FPGA型号:XCZU11EG;
问题:JTAG下载完成后提示ERROR: [Labtools 27-3176] hw_server failed during internal command.

现象:JTAG下载完成后虽然提示如上ERROR,但ibert测试GTY信号功能正常,问题是用vivado查看这些GTY信号的眼图时眼图软件无法打开。

Hi simon,

这个问题已经解决,原因是ibert debugcore选的时钟有问题,时钟需要在fpga config完成前稳定。

Hi,做工程时用的是2017.3的版本,现在调试使用的是2018.2下载的,这个error是在Jtag下载完成后出现的,下载是成功的,DONE灯及功能也正常,就是高速信号的眼图无法打开。

是的,如果将工程里高速信号注释掉,这个error就没有了。

根据实际的试试看下面tcl是否其作用:

Hi Simon,

我用的是日文系统。执行如下操作后,界面一直在刷新,

jtag下载完成-->生成serial IO links-->执行TCL命令-->refreshing HW Device

Hi Simon,

改成英文系统是同样的error提示。

另外说一下,我们有两块板卡,同样的设计同样的测试环境,一块是好的,一块有这样的error提示,我检查了板卡的电源,时钟都没问题,这个出现error的板卡就只是GTY眼图看不了,其它功能也正常。我想问一下,这会是哪方面的问题呢,会不会FPGA本省有问题呢?有没有什么别的建议或想法,我再验证一下,多谢!

板卡上的电源,上电顺序,时钟我都确认了,没发现什么异常。

上次执行tcl之后的信息能发出来吗?有点看不太清。另外有没有试降低cable速度?换一台机器试过吗?

我试过cable降速、换机器、vivado版本升级、都是一样的现象。

TCL命令在不同的vivado版本下也做过测试,都一样。

 

另外又发现一种现象,FPGAbit下载完成后用vivado工具再刷新FPGA就找不到了,需要按一下POR_B resetFPGA之后才能再刷新到FPGA。

我这边进行过JTAG降速、vivado版本升级、更换电脑、tcl命令在不同vivado下执行等操作,结果都一样。

另外发现一个现象,JTAG下载FPGAbit后,vivado刷新FPGA很多时候会找不到设备,需要按一下POR_B reset一下FPGA或者重新打开一下vivado软件才可以,也就是说如果FPGA被下载了bit之后再用vivado刷新是找不到device的,如果不刷新是可以连续多次下载的,并且每次也都能下载成功,只是眼图生成。

我需要再看下你的上面的log信息,你的IBERT用了几个Quad?多少条lane?

另外你那边也可以先用GUI操作,然后将tcl console里的tcl里的所有refresh去掉,再用tcl来执行GUI的操作看看结果如何?

Hi simon,

这个问题已经解决,原因是ibert debugcore选的时钟有问题,时钟需要在fpga config完成前稳定。
