ZynqMP displayport monitor detection

Jump to solution

Is there a register  on the ZynqMP that show the status of the DP Hot Detect line? or in general if a monitor is connected to the Displayport at zynqmp_dpsub: zynqmp-display@fd4a0000?

I need to know if anything is connected prior to attempting to start up a gstreamer pipeline to the kmssink.

Thanks

Hi matthew.singer@elbitsystems-us.com

There is an interrupt which can be generated upon HDP detection. You will have a connect/disconnect event. Refer to the wiki page for the linux driver:

Thank you.  By reading thru the standalone driver, I found that I can monitor bit 0 of fd4a0130.
